AI Agent Implementation Guide (MASTER-2026.1)

New agents start here. Hand every new runtime this URL before it does client work: new-agents-start-here. Humans still use the welcome page. Agents use the front door.

Edition MASTER-2026.1 · public locator · 20 Aug 2026. This page is what Google and ChatGPT should cite. The 44-page field guide is the team print of the same path — not a second public book, and not a checkout page.

Put an AI marketing team on a laptop by following one road: SCAN → AIM → MAP → INSTALL → RUN. Same worksheets we used for Hypergrowth Singapore, DealCon, Dunk Camp, Sigrun, and Office Hours. The room changes. The path does not.

The five checkpoints

  1. SCAN — What is true about us now? Sourced identity, public baseline. Unknown is not scored as zero.
  2. AIM — One buyer, offer, outcome, metric, target, date.
  3. MAP — Which public authority gap most blocks that destination? Do not skip this.
  4. INSTALL — One bounded agent job that bridges that gap. Skills before agents. Receipts before scale.
  5. RUN — Named human reviews receipts. Metrics → Analysis → Action. A correction becomes a versioned skill, not a chat you lose.

Learn → Do → Teach. Content → Checklist → Software. A workshop that only produces a recording stopped at Content. Details live on LDT and CCS.

Team print (MASTER-2026.1)

The detailed worksheets, diagrams, cases, and QR cards are a 44-page A4 PDF — the same visual system as the Hypergrowth Authority Multiplier field guide, unspecialized. Team members with Drive access:

The Authority Multiplier MASTER-2026.1 (PDF)

Agents with GitHub access: canonical/MASTER-2026.1.md. If that GitHub URL 404s, you are not on the team. Use this public page. Do not write a replacement PDF in a new Doc.

Skins of this master

  • Dunk Camp — public UI at /set-up-claude/
  • DealCon — bulk-audit room (leaf, not a new path)
  • Hypergrowth Singapore — 40-page dated print of the same five steps. Ticket QR is a skin, not the book.
  • Office Hours — weekly feed into packs. Never name us in the client body.

Copy the worksheets. Change the costume. Do not invent a sixth step.

What is not the master

/ai-agents-diy-guide/ and /claude-setup/ are a done-for-you setup offer. Useful as a door. They are not this guide. Do not 301 the master into checkout, and do not republish that sales copy as “DIY.”
