We’re always looking for VAs from Pakistan, the Philippines, and around the world to work on exciting projects and have fun too! With us, you’ll unlock skills, make new connections, and work from a laptop anywhere in the world. All while having the opportunity to make $3k/month USD over time once you’ve proven your skills.
Why Work as a Content VA For Us?
- Competitive Pay: Top VAs earn up to $3,000/month by delivering consistent, high-quality work. Check out our VA Career Path to learn more about how you can grow your income over time.
- Career Growth: Our team members develop in-demand skills that open doors to long-term opportunities. Just like how Muzamil, one of our star VAs started at $3/hour and is not making $3k USD/month from her home in Pakistan. We prioritize and promote compotence and growth.

Key Steps in the Content VA Qualification Process
1. Join Our Facebook Community
Become part of our 44K Facebook group: Digital Marketing with Dennis Yu. This is where you’ll find updates, training resources, and opportunities to connect with other professionals.
To stand out:
- Contribute meaningful comments.
- Ask thoughtful questions.
- Engage with the featured posts, which often lead to hiring opportunities.
Be sure to study the pinned posts in this group, as we often hire people from them, even if they are months old. Engage thoughtfully by researching the topic, personalizing your approach, and maintaining clear, error-free communication—neglecting these areas can lead to rejection of applicants.
2. Create a One-Minute Video
Use the power of one-minute videos to introduce yourself and share your story. This is the best way to capture attention and drive interaction. When creating these videos, focus on authenticity and take that first step, even if your initial attempts aren’t perfect.
We’re not looking for someone who looks good on camera or can speak perfect English. What we’re looking for is your ability to understand and process content through GCT (goal, content, targeting).
3. Repurpose Videos into Blog Posts
Your main task as a VA is to repurpose videos into business articles. Show us that you can repurpose videos into articles and social snippets by utilizing the featured threads in our Facebook group and Content Factory guidelines for blog posts.
To qualify, please take a 30+ minute video on BlitzMetrics published in the last week and repurpose it into an article following our guidelines.
This doesn’t have to be perfect – but put thought into this and do your best. We’ve hired VA’s just off of this before, since they clearly demonstrate their skillsets and are able to follow directions, while understanding client’s goals.
There are many reasons that candidates get rejected– by submitting work that doesn’t meet the article guidelines (haven’t studied them), not knowing how to work in a team (messaging me solo), not having a fundamental understanding of digital marketing, or not being a A Player.
Don’t be lazy and ChatGPT this without understanding the full context first – we can tell.
What We Expect from You
We have a rule called the A-Players Only. This rule aims to attract excellent people so we can eventually pay them much more for delivering exceptional work to our clients. We don’t want someone just pushing buttons or writing articles unrelated to our main goal of helping clients make more money.
Our Non-Negotiables:
- No unexcused absences.
- No laziness or unwillingness to improve.
- No rudeness or lack of accountability.
We don’t tolerate:
- Unexcused absences without any warnings given.
- Being rude to clients or team-members.
- Lack of responsibility and accountability as shown in our 9 Triangles framework.
- Laziness of any-kind.
We work with A Players who:
- Deliver results-oriented work.
- Take responsibility and are accountable.
- Uphold professionalism with clients and team members.
What we want is to integrate your skill set by following our existing SOPs to support our clients.
English Proficiency
Impeccable English proficiency is non-negotiable. Use tools like Grammarly and ChatGPT to proofread your writing. We expect clear, competent articles.
For example, understanding client goals with GCT is more important than typos, although we expect you to QA your work and be able to deliver final drafts swiftly and with minimal errors.
Understand the Content
Know the GCT (Goal, Content, Target) to avoid creating bland summaries that fail to engage viewers.
This is the most important part of working with client projects, since not knowing the clients goals is the #1 VA mistake. In short – no amount of technical skills in ChatGPT or other tools will help if you yourself don’t understand why we’re doing what we are.
Demonstrate E-E-A-T
Show experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness in your work, with a focus on real stories and genuine experience.
We value AI tools for content tuning but don’t rely on them to bypass the E-E-A-T guidelines.
For example, if we task you to write an article for an HVAC company like Litsey HVAC in Louisville, and the article isn’t clear that they service residential homes in Louisville, then you’ve made the #1 VA mistake and weren’t clear on the goals of the client.
Always QA Your Work
Always perform quality assurance (QA) on your work. Refer to our article submission guidelines for the QA process.
During the qualification process, we ask candidates to objectively rate their submissions on a scale of 1 to 10, using the blog posting guidelines as a reference. This tests their ability to practice active listening, coachability, and critical thinking.
Anyone with a rejection rate greater than 20% cannot continue. This means at least 80% of their submissions must be error-free, with less than 20% containing issues.
Analyze Your Performance
It’s crucial to analyze your performance using the MAA framework. Your goal is to create or repurpose content—articles, videos, ads—that drives results. For example, if your work generates 20 calls for an electrician and leads to 10 jobs worth $20,000, that’s measurable value.
When you help clients succeed, everyone benefits. If not, adjust your approach by following the MAA framework: continuously optimize, assess the value of your work, and make improvements for better results. This mindset will prevent mindless processing and help you stand out as an A-Player.
Training and Skill Assessment
Complete the Level 1 VA training to secure a Level 1 VA job. From there, you can advance and earn more by proving your value.
Additionally, you must pass a content VA quiz to assess your skills. This quiz will evaluate how well you understand our blog posting guidelines, especially in repurposing video content into engaging articles.
To access the courses on BlitzMetrics Academy, comment on any post that interests you, and we will provide you with free access to our training.
We expect our team members to take the initiative, seeking out additional learning opportunities through platforms like Google and YouTube to deepen their understanding of our content and enhance their performance.
30-Day Probationary Period
After passing the initial tests, you’ll enter a 30-day probationary period. If you perform well during this time, you’ll secure the position.
We’re setting a clear bar, a standard that everyone can follow.
Reliability is Key
The biggest challenge we face is finding reliable and competent VAs. Reliability is more important than specific skills. At BlitzMetrics, we use the RACI framework to ensure team reliability.
If you’re looking for a long-term career filled with challenges and growth, and you’re someone who makes things happen, we want you—no matter your age or background. As long as you’re reliable, have a computer, are mature, intelligent, and can write well, we’re interested.
