One of our team members, typically a young adult trained in content capture, will be arriving at your location. They are not professional videographers looking to create polished TV commercials. Instead, they will be gathering authentic, behind-the-scenes footage that highlights the real experience of working with your business.

Here’s how the visit will unfold:

  1. Initial Planning (30-60 minutes) – We’ll discuss what we’ll be capturing, identify key team members, and plan locations.
  2. Filming (2-4 hours total) – We’ll record everyday activities, interactions with customers, training sessions, and job site work.
  3. Break & Networking – We may take a lunch break at a local restaurant, capturing casual, authentic moments.
  4. Wrap-Up & Upload – All footage will be uploaded for our team to begin the editing and optimization process.

All of this isn’t timed and we’re certainly not counting minutes spent filming. If you’re in a rush, we can condense this or spend all day filming and go out to eat at the end. What matters to us is capturing this content in the most authentic way possible.

Some videographers and agencies would charge $5k to come and record content, we don’t charge additionally for it, since these are critical ingredients we need to operate the our Content Factory process

Recording Content with 4Ever Young in Boca Raton

Google prioritizes real-world expertise and trust. The videos and photos we capture will:

  • Help you rank higher in search results by aligning with Google’s E-E-A-T standards.
  • Showcase your authenticity and give potential customers confidence in choosing you.
  • Support your online reputation by complementing your reviews, testimonials, and social proof.
  • Enhance your marketing efforts, including PPC ads, social media, and website conversions.

Again – we’re not here to bring a camera crew to make a commercial. We want to capture what makes your local service business unique and share it broadly to your audience and potential customers.

We’re looking for real moments that demonstrate what it’s like to work with you. Imagine we’re documenting a ride-along apprentice experience—what would you want them to learn?

Some key content areas we focus on include:

  • Day-in-the-life footage – You interacting with customers, training staff, or completing jobs.
  • Customer interactions – If possible, we’d love to capture real testimonials.
  • Expertise highlights – You explaining industry concepts, best practices, or common questions customers have.
  • Behind-the-scenes – Office culture, equipment use, team collaboration, etc.

We’ll also incorporate commonly searched customer questions. Before our visit, try searching for your service + city (e.g., emergency plumber Houston, TX). The “People Also Ask” section in Google provides great insights into what potential customers want to know.

For example, when we visiting Sal Sciorta at the Plumbing Pros LLC in Easton, PA we asked him PAA questions that his potential customers would be asking. Some of these include:

  • How much does a plumber charge in Easton, PA?
  • What are common plumbing problems in Easton homes?
  • How do I know if I need a plumber or if I can fix the issue myself?
  • What plumbing services does Plumbing Pros LLC offer in Easton, PA?
  • Do I need a permit for plumbing repairs in Easton, PA?

To maximize the success of this shoot:

  • Be natural – No need for scripts or perfect hair; authenticity is key.
  • Encourage your team to participate – Having multiple perspectives adds depth.
  • Have key locations ready – Job sites, office areas, and any significant workspaces.
  • Upload existing content – If you have photos or videos from past jobs, upload them to our shared Google Drive folder.

What Happens Next

After the shoot, our team will process the footage and integrate it into your marketing strategy:

  • Optimized social media posts
  • Blog articles and location-specific service pages
  • Guest posts and external features
  • Short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • PPC ad enhancements

Within 3-4 weeks, you’ll start seeing these assets roll out, helping to increase your visibility and drive more high-quality leads by breaking down this content through repurposing.

Final Thoughts

This isn’t just about making videos—it’s about strengthening your digital presence with real, meaningful content. As AI-generated content becomes more common, your genuine, human-driven content will stand out.

By doing this, we’re able to continue iterating in our MAA reports and amplify our content to reach your customers and clients.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Let’s make the most of this opportunity!
