The traditional agency model is dead. Most agency owners don’t realize it yet, but the ones who do have already sold out. AI has automated away the middlemen, and the networks themselves, Google, Facebook, and the rest, are cutting out the people in the middle so they can capture the ad dollars directly.

So what replaces it?
A two-sided network. Think Uber, but for marketing services.
The two sides
On one side, you have local service businesses, dentists, plumbers, roofers, electricians, HVAC companies, selling high-ticket services in every city.

On the other side, you have young adults we call AI Builders who are getting certified to do the digital marketing work that these businesses desperately need.

Most companies understand a one-sided network where they just provide services and get paid. But a two-sided network has both demand and supply, and the matching between the two is what creates the value.
Why local service businesses
We focus on businesses in Google LSA (Local Service Ads) categories because everything Google has built revolves around them. These are high-ticket services, a $2,000 dental procedure or a $14,000 HVAC replacement, not a $30 restaurant ticket.
If we can do it for one dentist, we can do it for many dentists. Everything is repeatable because they’re all selling the same types of services. Same template landing pages, same reports, same phases, just re-skinned for each vertical.
The LIGHTHOUSE strategy
A LIGHTHOUSE is someone that everyone in a particular industry respects. Roger Wakefield for plumbers.

Glenn Vo for dentists.

Tommy Mello for garage doors.

Because we’ve done it for these LIGHTHOUSES, all the people who follow them want the same thing. That’s not influence marketing. That’s documented, proven results that create trust at scale.
How it works: metrics, analysis, action
Every client goes through what we call MAA, Metrics, Analysis, Action, on a weekly cycle. Think of it like an emergency room. The business comes in with pain. We take their metrics (blood work, X-rays), do analysis (diagnosis), and then prescribe action (treatment plan).
The beauty of MAA is that it gives you many shots on goal. You could be terrible at basketball, but if I let you shoot hundreds of free throws, you’re going to make one. Weekly iteration virtually eliminates risk.
The social amplification engine
The whole system runs on a six-phase process we call the Social Amplification Engine. It starts with Digital Plumbing, all the tracking, pixels, conversions, and data connected properly. Without that, you’re shooting in the dark. Then comes the four-stage Content Factory (produce, process, post, promote), followed by ongoing optimization through MAA.

Digital plumbing is the foundation. Our biggest clients consistently say it’s the most powerful thing we teach. If you don’t know how many phone calls your marketing is driving or how much incremental revenue that represents, you can’t optimize anything.
Why agencies are broken
The majority of agencies don’t even do the work. They’re salespeople who sub it out to white-label companies that charge $100 per month per client. The results are terrible, but they use software that generates impressive-looking weekly reports. No certification, no accountability, no real expertise.
Meanwhile, our clients, plumbers, dentists, real estate agents, all had to get licensed to do what they do. They worked as apprentices under experienced professionals before opening their own businesses. Shouldn’t the people doing their digital marketing have a real certification too?
The A players already building this
The best proof that this system works is the people already running it.
Marko Sipilä built CoatingLaunch from zero to 100+ clients and a seven-figure run rate in under five months, then launched HVAC Quote to 300 paying customers in under a year.

He went from $50K in debt to $45K/month profit.
George Paladichuk is still in college. He built NaiL, an AI call center platform for home service companies, and took it to $70K/month, a million dollars in annual recurring revenue across 100+ locations.
His system recovered $400K in booked jobs in a single month for one fencing company.
Ethan Van De Hey added $30 million in revenue to a roofing company in a single year and helped grow Infinity Exteriors from $45 million to $65 million. He’s 26 years old. We call him the Mr. Beast of roofing, proof that a young adult with the right system can outperform agencies ten times their size.

These are the kind of people we want more of. A Players who take the system, execute, and build something real.
AI builders: the next generation
This is where the young adults come in. We recently presented this vision at DSDT, where Dylan Haugen and Cam Hazzard demonstrated what’s possible.
Cam, a professional dunker who holds the world record for the highest head touch, had no AI experience two weeks ago. In that time, he built his own agents, a positive comments scraper that crawls social media and organizes mentions into a spreadsheet, and a tool that automatically updates his personal website with real content from real people saying real things.

Dylan, who just graduated high school, has gone from knowing nothing about AI to implementing these systems for real businesses and entrepreneurs. Together, they showed how a student can use Claude to audit a website, create a content plan, and execute changes, skills businesses will pay hundreds of dollars a month for.

For one client, they took his LinkedIn content, fed it into a knowledge base, had agents write articles from his real experiences, and took his Google confidence score from unrecognizable to an eighty-seven. That’s not theory. That’s documented, measurable results.
Everything is published
We don’t hide anything behind a paywall or magic secret. There’s no secret to being a dentist, and there’s no secret to digital marketing. Our SOPs, agents, and the entire Content Factory guide are published and free. Because the good people deserve to be known.
If you’re a local business owner who wants to show up on Google and in AI search results, or a young adult ready to stop talking about AI and start doing it, this is the system we’re building. Not something we’ve already built. Something we’re building, and we need the right people to build it with us.
