SBP: Student-Business Partner Vision

SBP Specialist Business Partner triangle diagram showing The Triad mission at the top of the 9 Triangles framework

What SBP Means

SBP stands for Specialist, Business, Partner — also known as The Triad. It sits at the very top of the 9 Triangles framework as the single mission triangle, representing the WHY behind everything BlitzMetrics does. Every decision, every process, and every triangle below it exists to serve the relationship between these three roles.

The Three Roles

The Specialist is the primary concern — young adults and practitioners who are learning, earning, and building careers through digital marketing. These are the people gaining real-world skills by executing tasks for real businesses, following the LDT (Learn, Do, Teach) career path.

The Business represents the companies that need marketing execution — from local service businesses to large brands. They get reliable, systematized marketing services built on proven frameworks like Dollar a Day and the Content Factory.

The Partner bridges the two — experienced practitioners, agencies, and coaches who guide Specialists while serving Businesses. Partners ensure quality, mentor the next generation, and scale the system by training others to replicate what works.

How SBP Works

The Triad creates a self-sustaining ecosystem. Training is funded through the sale of marketing packages to Businesses, which creates paid work for Specialists, who are coached by Partners. This means learning drives revenue, and revenue funds more learning. The Specialist gains real skills on real accounts. The Business gets professional marketing execution. The Partner builds a team and earns through the results they help create.

Every process in the 9 Triangles framework filters through SBP: does this serve the Specialist? Does it deliver results for the Business? Does it empower the Partner? If a process fails any of these three, it needs to be reworked.

Where SBP Fits in the 9 Triangles

SBP is the mission triangle — the single triangle at the top of the pyramid. Below it sit the three marketing triangles in the HOW tier: ACC (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion), MAA (Metrics, Analysis, Action), and GCT (Goals, Content, Targeting). At the base are the five business triangles in the WHAT tier: DDD (Do, Delegate, Delete), CID (Communicate, Iterate, Delegate), LDT (Learn, Do, Teach), CCS (Content, Checklist, Software), and MOF (Marketing, Operations, Finance).

All eight triangles below SBP exist to serve The Triad’s mission. The marketing triangles define HOW you attract and convert customers. The business triangles define WHAT systems and operations make it all work. But the WHY — serving Specialists, Businesses, and Partners — is what holds everything together.
