Dennis pasted a Gmail permalink from February 2024. Tanmayi at Yangpoo had asked for the One Minute Video course. Dennis had already recorded a Mumbai classroom with Dr. Samir Karkhanis and Dan Ulin. The factory never ran. Two years later the job was: do not dump the whole recording on three sites. Cut teaching snippets. Enhance the pages that already exist. Show Dan as an international scholar. Delegate bulk to local Qwen. Cut clips in Descript with a cheap model. Keep the expensive seat on routing and voice. Stop at a human go-live gate.
What stayed off the public pages
The classroom recording includes an operations hour that is not a public lesson. Public pages embed Dan’s already-public Mumbai interview and wait for approved teaching clips. A spoken personal-brand domain from that room does not resolve, so we did not print it as a live site. danulin.com is still a placeholder install — we did not dress up Hello World.
Search before write
Elite Student Coach already had the Samir interview and a Pakistan teaching page. dennisyu.com already had the one-minute-video practice hub. BlitzMetrics already had the Content Factory canonical and the Dan Ulin audit. New pages: a Dennis first-person Mumbai story that links up into those hubs, a proposed Dan page for his review, a Yangpoo company page, and this meta. Everything else is an enhance.
Who did which slice
Cursor Grok resolved the Gmail URL with headless Chrome, classified public vs private, mapped NEW vs ENHANCE, wrote the staged HTML, and created WordPress drafts only on sites that already have application passwords (dennisyu.com, blitzmetrics.com). Local Qwen (Qwen3.8-27B-4bit on this Mac, $0 API) ran mine + GCT + Content Factory on a public-safe excerpt file — not the multi-gigabyte master. Descript MCP reused the 2024 project and cut seven 16:9 compositions with claude-haiku-4.5 (about 6.2 AI credits). Fable was available and was not used for clipping.
WordPress application passwords do not yet exist for danulin.com, yangpoo.com, or elitestudentcoach.com. Those packages stay HTML on disk. Dennis’s remaining job is watch the clips, read the drafts, mint those three passwords if he wants them posted as drafts too, then say make it live.
Recursive QA this run forced
- Qwen’s first launch used system Python 3.14 and died on a missing
openaimodule. The documented venv is Python 3.11. That is now a runbook flag, not a tribal memory. - Haiku claimed the cuts were clean. A second model then failed the public drafts for naming private material. Those drafts were rewritten before go-live. Two clips still need human eyes in Descript, not a second model’s word.
- Elite Student Coach pages 403 from a datacenter User-Agent. oEmbed and the existing public interview still stand. That is not “the site is down.”
