We recut the Magic Berry inventory. The first public wall was 38 rows scored too high. The harvest is now a warehouse plus a storefront: full table, strict Who / Where / What, and the actual clips and quotes on the page.
What changed
Dennis reviewed the first ship. The wall was thin, the mid-20s were inflated, and the copy sounded like it was arguing for the mentions. The fix was mechanical: harvest more, score harder, embed the source, cut the voice.
- Warehouse: 205 named public rows — LinkedIn recommendations, named quotes, podcast guest credits from the appearances tracker, articles, videos.
- Storefront: 25 highlight berries on /high-powered-positive-mentions/, with YouTube embeds where a clip exists and blockquotes that link out.
- 21+ reserved for important person × big property × documented result. After recut: HubSpot Academy (23) and Tom Ferry show notes (22). Everything else is 20 or under.
- LinkedIn recs stay in the teens. A peer rec on LinkedIn is volume, not a marquee stage.
The two layers
The article is the storefront. The table on that page and the public CSV are the warehouse. Cam’s MASTER sheet stays private. Forbes and Adweek paraphrases without a live article URL did not get a row. Anonymous “Community Member” blurbs on the old mentions wall did not get a row.
LinkedIn’s public profile currently surfaces two recommendation texts (Mariam Zaidi, Francois Beaudry). Cam’s June 2 logged-in sweep had 15 named recs. Those 15 are on the public harvest as text so they are readable without a login. That is not “a couple hundred.” The volume is the podcast warehouse (619 credited episodes on the appearances tracker; named scored rows in the harvest).

Still open
Garden Theater stage tape: Leo is cutting it from Detroit iPhone footage (Basecamp todo 9980578110). A full LinkedIn recommendations export, if hundreds exist beyond the 15 named recs, still needs a logged-in dump from Cam or Dennis. Dollar-a-Day ads against the HubSpot and Tom Ferry berries are a human Ads Manager step.
