In partnership with Rehan Allahwala of Rehan Foundation, Saqib Azhar of Enablers, Sunny Ali of Extreme Commerce, and Yawar Siddique of Repstack to train up the 60% of the population that are young adults.

Mr. Yu believes that everyone should have a laptop, high speed internet connection, and a job making 100,000 rupees a month.

YouTube and social media have opened up free access to knowledge and connection, accelerated because of the pandemic. There are 2 million Pakistani digital workers who generate $3 billion in annual earnings via freelance sites like Fiverr and UpWork– a good starting point for digital careers.

Dennis Yu represents 200,000 small businesses in the United States that desperately need help with their marketing.  These associations of real estate agents, dentists, mortgage brokers, chiropractors, lawyers and other local service businesses want to hire certified social media marketers.

Content Factory has created certifications and recognized trainings with these industry leaders.  And also created courses with Fiverr, GoDaddy, Infusionsoft, Instagram, TikTok, and major networks– enabling a standard.

This standard governs a marketplace that Dennis Yu has created in partnership with other Pakistani leaders, so that American businesses can hire certified social media marketers who are trained by their favorite teachers in the platform.

Dennis Yu believes that apprenticeship is the path to financial freedom for the young adults of Pakistan. And that we can replicate the successful public/private partnerships he’s been a part of in the Philippines, where they have created 250,000 jobs and a marketplace of 2 million Filipinos at onlinejobs.ph.

We welcome all Pakistani youth, stay at home moms, and anyone interested in building a career in digital marketing to get free training by joining our Facebook group at facebook.com/dennispk.

Dennis Yu is bringing American leaders to Pakistan in September 2022– CEOs of software houses, agencies, and education– to meet with Pakistani leaders in education, government, and the private sector.

We are building a Content Factory owned and governed collectively by partner organizations. Rehan Allahwala believes that 100,000 rupees a month is a minimum standard for Pakistani citizens, which increases as citizens improve their skills. One million jobs is not even 1% of the young adult population in Pakistan, so there is so much more we can do by 2027.
