Level 4 Account Manager Program
Become an effective Account Manager to be on top of client projects
The main role of the Account Manager is to ensure that your team is delivering for the client– which means moving things along to drive actual performance (stats) and perceived performance (client happiness).
Thus, the Account Manager is the A (accountable) in #RACI— problem-solving, communicating, and following up, as necessary.
As an Account Manager, your job is to ensure that your team members complete the tasks for your clients in the project queues.
Some things you should know...
What the program will teach you: The program will show you what a good Account Manager looks like and train you to be like one. It is not an easy role, which is why not all virtual assistants can be Account Managers. To summarize, it will teach you everything you need to know about account/project management.
What the program won't teach you: The program will not include specific topics related to digital marketing such as digital plumbing, getting access to client assets, etc. We have other courses in the Academy that cover those topics.
Who is this for?: The program is for aspiring Account Managers who want to learn the essentials to prepare them for the role.
Who is this not for?: If you're an experienced Account Manager, you may or may not find value in the course. However, we cover a lot of topics in the program that anyone can benefit from.
How long will it take to complete the program?: That's entirely up to the student's capacity to learn and absorb the lessons. Most VAs complete the program within a week.
How do we measure success?: There is a quiz at the end to determine just that.
