Whenever we onboard a new client, we want to send them a personalized gift to increase retention and show that we care about their longterm success.
In this article, we’ll show you the steps on how to send a personalized gift to new clients.
- Find The Client’s Address In Infusionsoft (Keap)
Log into our Infusionsoft and at the top right corner search for the name of the client.
After clicking on the profile, go to the “address” tab to the right of settings. Here, you’ll find the client’s shipping address if we have it.
If we don’t have the client’s shipping address, simply email them and ask for what address is best so we can ship our gift to the correct address.

Contact ops at operations@blitzmetrics.com for our HoopSwag login info.
Then, visit HoopSwag and on the products page and select a pair of Medium sized face socks.
Select “ABC” for the background and upload an image of the client’s face under “upload image”.
Add the face socks to our cart.
Then, search click on the Handwritten Note product. Wrote a personalized note to the client including their name, their business, and their location. End the note with a sign-off from the project lead.
Add the handwritten note to our cart.
Your cart should now look like this when you go to checkout.
Then, upload the client’s shipping address and ship them their personalized gift!
