Mentorship from Dennis Yu and Parker Nathans played a key role in my growth. They believed in me even when I doubted myself. They patiently guided me, supported me, and answered my questions.

Their advice taught me to actively listen, take ownership of my work, and consistently show up. They showed me that success at BlitzMetrics comes from effort and persistence rather than natural talent.
