Process

Process: Virtual Assistants (VAs) handle tasks in the “Process” stage of the Content Factory, by processing the content from the first stage “Produce” using AI tools such as Descript and ChatGPT, then tracking all the assets in the Content Library which is exponentially better than a content calendar.

Descript

Descript is an all-in-one tool that not only helps extract transcripts from videos but also processes videos in additional ways.

It can create short, meaningful snippets from the original video for social media and other channels, remove filler words, improve sound quality to studio level, and more.

ChatGPT

There’s so much more we can do with ChatGPT than just basic things like processing video transcripts.

ChatGPT can thoroughly search the web, scrape content, and even help brainstorm ideas for successfully running a business in specific locations.

It can also audit any page of your website, rating it on a scale from 1 to 10 to determine if you are addressing all the key People Also Ask (PAA) questions for your target keywords and ideal audience. This allows your account manager or VAs to fine-tune the pages and enhance their SEO.

We teach how to use ChatGPT to process content intelligently, using active listening skills, sprinkling the content with real stories and photos so it complies with the E-E-A-T guidelines.

Liana Ling also shared some great insights on how you can use ChatGPT along with an additional feature called Code Interpreter.

Remember, ChatGPT is an assistant, not a replacement for your VA.

You will learn about the many uses of ChatGPT, as well as how to use it the right way in the section “Integrating AI into the Content Factory.”

Content Library

A Content Library is where you house and organize your top content, your “greatest hits,” including social media posts, blogs, videos, media mentions, reviews, and endorsements.

Power comes from other people’s words about you, not from what you say about yourself. The most authoritative person saying the most authoritative content on the most authoritative property is how you get leverage.

For example, we made a course with Jason Miller on how to do LinkedIn marketing, and we started by being on LinkedIn’s podcast, Sophisticated Marketers Podcast. This received a lot of positive feedback.

We took these positive mentions and put them into our Content Library. By doing this, you are able to build up authority over time, while boosting these mentions.

The more content you have, especially articles, mentions, and visual content (images and videos via the Visual Content Course), the more important it is to track these items.

The Content Library is an essential tool for effectively spreading your message and establishing authority over time.

Design Style Guide

We process raw videos into various types of content, including articles, blog posts, e-books, presentations, web pages, guides, and courses.

Our Design Guide is a standard and comprehensive resource that assists VAs and account managers in transforming raw content into visually appealing, “complete” documents and other processed items, using templates and checklists.

Canva and Templates

Canva is a great tool to convert templates into awesome graphics, including guide and presentation covers.

For example, if you want to take one object from a photograph, to use in a thumbnail, for instance - Canva's Magic Grab tool makes this really easy. All it takes is a single click.

Here are some quick examples using recent photos:
