I am sitting with Ian S. Furse and his wife Mandy of Ninja Plumbing, Heating and Air in Lehi, Utah. We are at Jason Amato’s operator lab near Denver. Last night they drove us back from ice cream in Boulder. A few months ago we hiked. They were not on the clock. That is the whole story.
I am not an HVAC technician. I did not hire Ninja to swap a water heater this week. If you need a plumber or a heating-and-air tech on the Wasatch Front, character is how a homeowner actually buys — not a slogan on a city page. Public listing: ninjahvac.com · (801) 997-8909 · 2975 Executive Pkwy Ste 127, Lehi, UT 84043.
On the tape I say “Lehigh.” The city on the map is Lehi. I also clipped Mandy’s name. She is on the recording. Ian’s line at the end is the one that is not marketing copy: we always go the extra mile, we are human, I love my customers.
If you need the work done
If you are in Lehi, Orem, Provo, or Salt Lake and the job is a drain, hard water damage, or a summer AC that will not start, start with the pages that already exist for those jobs — Utah hard water plumbing damage and hydro jetting vs snaking — then call the number. Do not treat a 79-city URL farm as proof they live on every block.
What the site still needs
An outside-in SEO & Growth audit of ninjahvac.com scored 58 / 100 against a pass of 80. The site is real WordPress with real job posts. The map pack is still the product. Agencies are optional. I am not writing “they fixed my furnace.” I am writing that I would call them, as a friend in the room.
