What the ONE Thing You Want AI to 100x Multiply for You?

Here’s something most people in digital marketing don’t realize yet: one person using AI agents can now outperform an entire team of virtual assistants. Not by a small margin. By 100x.

That’s not hype. That’s what I’ve seen firsthand, and it’s what leaders like Sam Altman, Dario Amadei, Demis Hassabis, and Elon Musk are all saying too.

AI agents are replacing entire VA teams

Let me give you a real example. I used AI to help Brady Sticker rank on “Christian marketing” and also rank on his own name.

It used to be that when you searched for Brady Sticker, you’d get Tom Brady stickers. If you searched “church candy,” you’d get candy bars for churches.

Ten years ago, I would have hired three or four VAs and it would have taken six or seven weeks to get that work done. Instead, I was the only human involved. The AI agents did the work over maybe 30 to 40 hours, costing about two to three dollars an hour. Let’s call it a hundred dollars worth of work.

The same thing happened with my friend Sigrun, who has made eight figures helping female entrepreneurs grow their businesses. She had a whole team of VAs doing VA sorts of things. But one person who knows digital marketing, using AI agents, was able to get more done than dozens of VAs.

The A-player advantage

This is the shift happening right now. If you’re an A-player, you should be getting 10 to 100 times more work done. That’s not 10 to 100 percent more. It’s 10 to 100 TIMES more.

You’re either in the bucket where AI is amazing and ironically you’re working harder than ever, or you’re in the other bucket where you’re struggling to get a job, going through college, applying to Big Tech that’s laying off, and hoping someone will hire you.

When I interviewed Harry Gold, who was arguably the highest paid agency CEO at one point, he said it’s easier to get a client than it is to get a job.

Real case studies of 100x growth

The proof is in the results.

Brad Strawbridge of Capital City Roofing grew his business from zero to $10 million in the last 18 months.

He used AI the way I coached him, using Claude and other tools to handle marketing, phone answering, and backend systems, all centralized through AI with BuilderLync.

Marko Sipilä went from nothing to 300 clients in the last year serving HVAC companies through HVAC Quote.

George Paladichuk took Use Nail from nothing to $70,000 a month. That’s a million dollars of annual recurring revenue for his SaaS company, serving fence companies, roofing companies, and other home service businesses. The more clients he gets, the more proof he has, the more AI he puts into it, and the more he scales without hiring tons of people or raising VC capital.

Anthony Hilb has a landscaping company doing $5 million. By taking his success story and multiplying it into a book, opening more locations, and building an agency that serves lawn care companies, we created a system where A-players and AI tools multiply together.

We have Anthony as the A-player who owns the landscaping business. We have Ethan Murphy as the A-player doing digital marketing for landscaping companies. And we have AI tools that help landscaping companies grow. All of these multiply together.

It’s not about the AI, It’s about you

AI isn’t some weird Hollywood robot that’s going to kill everybody. It’s about this: if you are an A-player, you can get 100 times more work done. If you are not an A-player, the A-player using AI tools is the one who’s going to eliminate the jobs, not the AI itself.

As Demis Hassabis, the head of Google DeepMind, said: treat AI like your virtual coworkers. If you know how to manage your coworkers, whether they’re from the Philippines, Pakistan, Anthropic, or OpenAI, you can get those results.

Your turn

So I’d ask you this: what is the one thing you have done that is A-quality work, that is valuable, that people will pay you for, that is documented, and that you can do 100 times more of?

Is there anything in your mind holding you back from getting 100 times more work done?

Don’t try to dabble in 10 or 20 different businesses. Pick the ONE thing. And then let’s figure out how to 100x it together.
