How We Built Dan Leibrandt’s Source-Backed Podchaser Record

If your podcast work is scattered across episode pages, people cannot see the full record. We used the process in our maintained Podchaser guide to add Dan Leibrandt’s public creator details, connect his real links, and associate him with the Zip Code Kings episodes where Podchaser lists him as Host. A September 10, 2026 read-back found 46 public credits.

This authentic February 2026 screen records the profile-building workflow. It does not establish the profile’s current claim or ownership state.
Current public read-back: Podchaser lists Dan as Host of the Zip Code Kings Podcast with 46 credits, 1 podcast, and 16 hours 37 minutes of airtime. The podcast’s creator table separately lists Dan as Host on 46 episodes.
Claim-state boundary: We did not verify the profile’s current claim or ownership state. The public interface shows “Are you Dan? Verify and edit” and a Claim Profile button. That visible prompt is not proof of who does or does not control the record.

Where this run started

The original Local Service Spotlight walkthrough, published February 21, 2026, records the starting state. Zip Code Kings episodes were already indexed, but Dan was not yet associated with the show as its host in the recorded workflow.

The workflow showed 22 selectable episodes from 2026 and 35 from 2025. Those 57 items were candidates shown during review, not 57 accepted credits. The current publicly listed result is 46.

  2. Added identity links, including his X handle, personal website, and LinkedIn profile.

Result, gaps, and lessons

The current public result is 46 listed credits. The same count appears on Dan’s profile and beside his Host role on the Zip Code Kings creator page.

This run remains partial against the full profile-ownership checklist because we did not verify the current claim state. The February walkthrough also did not publish a stable execution ID, so that identifier remains unavailable rather than reconstructed.

  • A selectable episode is a review candidate, not an accepted credit.
  • A visible public record does not establish who owns or controls it.
  • A specific Host role is more useful than a generic appearance label.
  • Live read-back establishes the current platform count; historical screenshots explain the workflow.

Next owner

If Dan wants direct control, Dan or someone he expressly authorizes owns the Claim Profile step. The podcast inventory owner owns future read-only checks, new-credit reconciliation, and the handoff of confirmed episodes into the master appearance inventory.
