We scored 76 of your members on whether the internet can find them — and most of what they earned is invisible.

You have an architect in this group with three decades of builds. A board-certified MD. An author with a documentary. A founder who scaled a company past most of the dealmakers I sit in rooms with.

Type their names into Google and almost none of that shows up.

That’s the thing we measured this week. We scored 76 of your members on two questions at once — can a stranger find and trust you (your personal brand), and can that same stranger find and buy your offer (your business). Two scores, one report.

76
members scored on brand & business
292
real, sourced proof items found
66
“power proof” — 21+ of 30 on authority
14
pages in every member’s audit

Every member has a 14-page audit waiting in the members area at sigrun.com right now. Open it during the call.

Here’s what’s underneath it.

What 8 agents read off the open web

Eight research agents went out and read the public internet for each of your 76 members — podcast guest spots, media features, awards, reviews, client stories.

They came back with 292 proof items. Real ones. Every single one has a live link you can click.

Then each item got scored on a 30-point authority scale — third-party validation, reach, and relevance to the actual buyer. 66 of the 292 came back as power proof: 21 or higher out of 30. That’s a guest spot on a real show, an award a stranger has heard of, a client story with a name attached.

Most of these women already did the hard part years ago. The proof just lives in their inbox and on somebody else’s platform instead of on a page they own.

And when the footprint is genuinely thin, the audit says so. We don’t pad it. A short proof list shown honestly is worth more than a fake one, because the member can see exactly what to go build.

What’s new in every audit

Same engine, six new sections per person. Here’s what each member is looking at.

  • 1Credibility inventory. A clickable table of your real proof, sorted by authority score. Your receipts, ranked, with the links.
  • 2Footprint. Your personal-brand home, your business site, and LinkedIn / Facebook / YouTube / Instagram / X / TikTok / podcast — each one marked Have or Build, with a short “build this week” list.
  • 3Your funnel. Your actual landing page and offer page, shown as thumbnails, with a red × sitting on whatever’s missing.
  • 4GCT clarity grade. A specific result, through a specific method, for a specific audience. Graded.
  • 5The Sales Every Day funnel. Your version of it, laid out.
  • 6A two-sprint roadmap. What to do now, what to do next. Dated.

Sales Every Day, not the big scary launch

This is your model, not mine. Revenue is traffic times conversion. Daily sales beat one big launch you bet the quarter on.

So the funnel in every audit follows your path.

Step 1
Freebie
captures the email
Step 2
Appetizer
the first “yes,” under €500
Step 4
Follow-up
the next yes
Step 5
Membership
recurring

Freebie → appetizer → signature course → follow-up → membership. A sale every day, not a panic every quarter.

Most of these women already earned enough authority to sell this way. Nobody had laid the path down on the floor in front of them. The audit lays it down — and puts a red X on the steps they’re missing, usually the appetizer and the follow-up.

The team that does this work for them

You’re not handing your members a strategy deck. You’re handing them a team — the SOMBA stack. Ten agents they install on their own Claude in about fifteen minutes. Each one reads their SOMBA brand-voice file and their ideal-client file, so what comes out already sounds like them.

Here’s the team, and plainly what each one does for the member.

personal-brand-strategist

Names your positioning — your buy box, your one line.

positive-mentions-harvester

Finds and ranks every good thing already said about you into a proof library.

reputation-gap-analyzer

The reputation you have versus the one you need — with a dated 30-day plan.

personal-brand-website-agent

Builds your entity home — your name as the domain — so Google and AI trust you.

knowledge-panel-entity-seo

The plumbing for a Google Knowledge Panel.

ai-search-visibility

Makes ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI describe you the way your buyer needs.

dollar-a-day-strategist

Turns your best proof into reach and enrolments for a dollar a day — Facebook lead ads into GoHighLevel, passing offline conversions back so Facebook optimizes for buyers, not cheap leads.

content-factory

One video becomes a podcast, a blog, reels and posts. Every week.

definitive-article-writer

The one canonical page that owns your name.

recursive-self-improvement-qa

Every agent grades and improves its own work each run.

The goal they all point at

The Sales Every Day agent — the one that runs the whole funnel for the member, on its own.

Two sprints, matched to your outline

We compressed the plan to two sprints so it lines up with what you already laid out for the members.

Now

Create & Convert

The agents that make you found and trusted — positioning, the proof library, the entity home, the Knowledge Panel plumbing, AI-search visibility, the dollar-a-day reach.

Built on the May/June sprints — Content Factory and the Definitive Article Writer. We don’t repeat those. We build on them.

What to walk your members through

Run this list on the call. It’s short on purpose.

Open your audit. It’s in the members area at sigrun.com — 14 pages, your name on the cover.

Read your credibility inventory. Your real proof, scored and sorted. See where the authority already is.

Look at your footprint and your build-this-week list. What you Have, what you Build, in what order.

Check the red X’s on your funnel. That’s what to build — the appetizer, the follow-up, the membership.

Confirm your brand voice and your ideal client. We marked them with a “?” because we assume you set them in your earlier sprints — confirm or fix them, because the whole agent team reads from them.

Pick this week’s wins. Two or three things off the list. Not the whole thing. The point is a win this week.

Then point at the ten agents and tell them the truth — that’s the team doing this work for you. You’re not asking anyone in that room to become more impressive. They already are. You’re handing them the scaffolding to make it show up.

People buy from people they can find and trust. Your members earned the trust years ago. This makes it legible — then turns it into sales every day.

Method. Eight research agents read the open web and surfaced 292 sourced proof items across 76 members, each scored on a 30-point authority scale (third-party validation + reach + relevance to the buyer); 66 cleared 21+ as power proof. Every item carries a live link, and thin footprints are shown honestly. The SOMBA agent team and the audit run on the same engine, so the snapshot and the plan speak the same language. Built by BlitzMetrics for Sigrun’s SOMBA program.
