Open Letter to Layne Kilpatrick – Stop the Harassment

Here’s an unfiltered open letter to hormone specialist Layne Kilpatrick. In the video above, I explain why I felt compelled to speak publicly. When you Google his name, you’ll find records of multiple felonies he admitted to, which cost him his license. We all make mistakes, and people can change, but recently Layne hired a BYU-Idaho intern, mishandled the program, and then tried to blame the intern when it fell apart. When the school and the intern refused to be involved, he started harassing that intern and telling him I’m a scam.

Background on Layne’s History

Layne Kilpatrick’s history includes multiple felony acts related to prescription misuse which he admitted to that cost him his license. We believe people can change, but his past is relevant to understanding the current situation.

The Intern Fiasco

I’ve repeatedly asked him to stop contacting our intern, but he won’t listen. I remind him that if he has evidence of wrongdoing on my part, he should bring it to me directly. Otherwise he’s committing tortious interference and defamation. Everyone can change, but continuing this petty behavior only digs Layne’s hole deeper. This article urges Layne to cease his harassment, reflect on his own actions, and apologize so we can all move on.

If he truly believes he’s doing the right thing, he’s free to continue — but as I told him, if you take aim at the king, you’d better not miss.
