Agent Overview
The Momentum 360 Agent represents the systematized version of Sigrun’s 12-month group coaching program for scaling online course businesses to consistent five-figure months ($10K-$20K+ per month). This agent operates at the strategic level, moving entrepreneurs from “I have a working business” to “I have a scaling business” through advanced positioning, pricing optimization, and operational efficiency.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Phase 1: Business Audit and Strategy (Month 1)
Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current business: revenue sources, profit margins, audience size, conversion rates, course catalog, and operational bottlenecks. The SOP requires identifying the single highest-leverage change that will move the business toward five-figure months. Deliverable: strategic plan with prioritized action items and quarterly revenue targets.
Phase 2: Pricing and Positioning Optimization (Months 2-3)
Evaluate and adjust pricing to reflect the true value delivered. Many course creators at this stage are undercharging because they set prices during their first launch when confidence was low. The SOP includes competitor analysis, value-based pricing frameworks, and premium positioning strategies. Deliverable: revised pricing structure and updated sales pages.
Phase 3: Course Catalog Expansion (Months 3-6)
Develop additional revenue streams through course catalog expansion, group coaching tiers, or membership models. The SOP specifies creating offers at multiple price points to serve different segments of the audience. Deliverable: expanded product suite with clear customer journey from entry to premium.
Phase 4: Launch Optimization (Months 4-8)
Refine launch sequences for maximum revenue per launch. The SOP includes advanced email copywriting, webinar conversion strategies, and post-launch follow-up sequences. The target is doubling revenue per launch through improved conversion rather than simply growing the list. Deliverable: documented launch playbook with benchmarked metrics.
Phase 5: Systems and Delegation (Months 6-12)
Build operational systems that reduce the founder’s involvement in day-to-day tasks. The SOP covers team building, process documentation, automation expansion, and the transition from doing everything to leading a business. Deliverable: operating procedures for key business functions and at least one team hire or contractor engagement.
Required Ingredients
Established Online Course Business: At least one successful course with multiple launches, a growing email list (typically 1,000+ subscribers), and proven product-market fit.
Revenue Baseline: Current revenue in the low to mid five figures annually, with the infrastructure and audience to scale further.
Strategic Readiness: Willingness to make significant changes to pricing, positioning, or business model based on coaching and peer feedback.
Time for Strategic Work: The ability to dedicate time not just to operational tasks but to strategic thinking, planning, and implementation of business-level changes.
Core Skill Developed
The primary skill Momentum 360 develops is Strategic Business Scaling — the ability to identify and execute the highest-leverage changes that transform a working online course business into a consistently profitable, growing enterprise.
This skill is fundamentally different from the execution skills developed in Kickstart and Engage & Grow. It is about making fewer, better decisions rather than doing more activities. The sub-skills include strategic pricing, product suite architecture, advanced launch optimization, and team leadership.
Documented Results
Momentum 360 students show the most dramatic revenue trajectories in the SOMBA ecosystem. Ingrid Dach grew from €20K to over €400K annual revenue during her time in the program, with individual launches reaching €39K and €150K. Agnieszka Figielek scaled to €250K. Multiple other students documented their first six-figure years during the program.
See the Engage & Grow Agent page for the prerequisite program and the complete student success analysis for the full dataset.
