How We Rebuilt theninetriangles.com as the Home of the 9 Triangles

At a glanceHow We Rebuilt theninetriangles.com as the Home of the 9 Triangles
  1. 1What we put on each triangle
  2. 2Mentions we can actually cite
  3. 3SEO that was actually broken

The 9 Triangles have been taught for twenty years and written up as a long essay. What they did not have was a home: one URL per triangle, the videos cut to each concept, and the independent mentions in one place. That home is now theninetriangles.com.

The domain already existed on the fleet. WordPress 7, Twenty Twenty-Five, a page list, a leftover Sample Page, duplicate H1s, no meta description, and stubs that named each triangle without showing the work. It was the raw materials. It was ugly.

What we put on each triangle

SBP, ACC, GCT, MAA, DDD, CID, LDT, CCS, and MOF each have their own page. Each page states the three sides, how it pairs, and the videos that belong to that idea — not a dump of every clip on every URL.

Mentions we can actually cite

Michael O’Neal put the framework in Solopreneur Hour’s best-of pile in episode 783. Rich Mahre wrote a teaching post on LinkedIn in 2020. Dr. Kim Grimes called Dennis the inventor of the framework and linked the playlist. Content Factory Academy files it as a fundamental course. Dylan Haugen did not write a compliment — he ran Do, Delegate, Delete on his own channel. Those citations are on /mentions/. We did not stretch Raul Tapia’s gym-MRR email or a Dollar-a-Day Facebook comment into 9 Triangles praise.

SEO that was actually broken

Title tag was “9 Triangles.” Two H1s on the home page. No descriptions. The Sample Page was in the navigation. wp-sitemap.xml already worked; robots.txt already pointed at it. What failed was a document-title helper that called wp_get_document_title() from inside pre_get_document_title, so unknown URLs 500’d instead of 404’d. That is fixed. Each indexable page now has one H1, a unique title and description, Open Graph, JSON-LD for the framework and for Dennis, a working llms.txt, and a sitemap that lists the new videos and mentions pages and not the sample page.

The long-form essay remains blitzmetrics.com/nine-triangles/. That article now points at the framework home so the two URLs reinforce each other instead of competing in silence.
