VA Welcome Page

There’s no such thing as a “Virtual Assistant” anymore. That term died the day AI got good enough to handle the repetitive stuff.

What matters now is competence, the ability to think, communicate clearly, and get things done. Doesn’t matter if you’re in Wisconsin or the Philippines, if you can do the work at a high level, you get paid at that level.

One Global Standard

We don’t have one bar for “Americans” and another for “VAs.”
We have one standard and everyone meets it, or they don’t make it.

If you can produce and process video, communicate empathetically, and collaborate with AI tools to deliver results, you’re qualified.

AI has already taken over the grunt work so what’s left is understanding.
If you can think and lead with clarity, you’ll thrive here.

If you can’t, AI’s already doing your job faster, cheaper, and better.

Working for Us Is Like Working for Uber

Most people want to be Uber drivers: take orders, get paid per ride, and call it a day.

We’re the ones building Uber, the systems, tools, and automation that make everything run.

That means we only hire people who can think like owners, not workers.

If you’re waiting for someone to hand you tasks, you won’t make it here.
If you can identify problems, fix them, and teach others to do the same, you belong.

Pay Based on Competence, Not Coordinates

We pay for results.

AI has leveled the playing field.
So, if you can produce work like the best, you’ll earn like the best.
If you can’t, no amount of excuses, time zones, or sob stories will change that.

The A Players are using AI to multiply their output 100x.
The rest are getting replaced by it.

Apprenticeship, Not Employment

We don’t hire people who want a “job.”
We build apprenticeships for people who want mastery.

You’ll learn by doing, not watching videos or begging for tutorials.
You’ll work on real projects, for real clients, and your work will be seen.

If you need to be spoon-fed, this isn’t for you.
If you can take initiative, learn fast, and deliver results, you’ll go far here.

What We Expect

  • You communicate clearly and consistently.
  • You show up and deliver what you promise.
  • You can collaborate with humans and AIs alike.
  • You don’t make excuses, you make progress.
  • You own your results.

We don’t care how “busy” you are, where you live, or what time zone you’re in.
We care that you get it done, the right way, and on time.

How to Qualify

If you’re new and want to break into this world, you can join our AI Apprentice program.
You can pay to learn, or if you’re good enough, we’ll pay you to execute.

But know this: if we’re paying you, the bar is higher.
You’re expected to manage work, not wait for instructions.

You’ll be treated like a peer, not a student.

Final Word

We’re building a global network of creators, builders, and thinkers who use AI as leverage.

If you can meet the standard, we’ll work with you no matter where you are.
