How to Grant Access to Your TikTok Ads Manager

TikTok Ads Manager is where we set up and manage your TikTok advertising campaigns. Granting us access through TikTok Business Center lets our team create campaigns, manage budgets, and track performance — without sharing your personal TikTok login.

Estimated Time to Complete: 3 to 5 minutes

What You’ll Need

  • A TikTok Business Center account with Admin access
  • Our team email: access@yourcontentfactory.com (or our Business Center ID — ask us)
  • A desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)

Option A: Add Us as a Partner via Business Center (Preferred)

  1. Go to TikTok Business Center. Open https://business.tiktok.com and log in.
  2. Navigate to Settings. Click on Settings (gear icon) in the left sidebar.
  3. Go to Partners. Under “Members and Partners,” click Partners.
  4. Click Add Partner. Click the Add Partner button.
  5. Enter our Business Center ID. Paste the Business Center ID we’ve provided to you. If you don’t have it yet, email access@yourcontentfactory.com and we’ll send it over.
  6. Assign assets. Select the assets you’d like us to manage:
    • Ad Account — Set to “Admin” so we can create and manage campaigns
    • TikTok Account — Set to “Admin” if you’d like us to also manage organic content
    • Pixel — Set to “Admin” for conversion tracking setup
  7. Click Confirm. Our team will receive the invitation and can begin managing your TikTok ads right away.

Option B: Add a Team Member Directly

  1. In TikTok Business Center, go to SettingsMembers.
  2. Click Add Member.
  3. Enter the email address we provide to you.
  4. Set their role to Admin for the relevant ad accounts.
  5. Click Confirm.

Troubleshooting

I don’t have a TikTok Business Center. You can create one for free at business.tiktok.com. Then add your existing TikTok ad account and TikTok page to it. See our guide on TikTok advertising for more context.

I only have a personal TikTok account. You’ll need to switch to a TikTok Business Account (free) in the TikTok app: Settings → Manage Account → Switch to Business Account. Then connect it to TikTok Business Center.

This is one part of our Access Checklist. Visit blitzmetrics.com/acl to see all the accounts we need access to and complete the rest of the checklist.

Questions? Email operations@yourcontentfactory.com and we’ll walk you through it.
