A Killer Technique to Promote You

Here’s a killer technique to get folks like me to promote you all over the place.

Write a blog post honoring me or something I teach, linking to me.

For several reasons, sharing a website link is more powerful than sharing a social link:

  1. Social media posts fizzle out after a day, while blog posts continue to deliver value forever.
  2. Posting a TikTok link to Facebook is like driving a Honda into a Toyota dealership. But posting a website link on any social network is more acceptable.
  3. Linking to me gives me an SEO boost— a “vote” for the search engines.

As a former search engine engineer, I know this– so I want to get more engagement to that web page, which helps it rank better.

Me Sharing Techniques

This is a killer technique you must follow.

In summary, if you want me to share your content all over– write a post about me or something I teach.

It’s so easy to start blogging.

Your #1 power move should be repurposing all your social videos into blog posts. Think about the leverage from doing this, especially if you have a VA doing it.

Repurposing a podcast is easy, but most of us don’t do that.

I do this all the time, and it’s how I get so many shares– with 80% of my posts elevating others.

I’ll contribute a few VAs (my dime) to repurpose our co-created content to your blog and mine!
