We will hire a Process Development Virtual Assistant.

The beauty of this job is that you can live anywhere on the planet, have a steady income for years, and continue to grow your capabilities.

Tasks:

• Tune team guides/courses, looking at the execution and turning them into checklists.
• Watch over the "pay per task" model currently rolled out to help audit task completion,
• Troubleshoot where there are problems (largely in the process),
• Suggest improvements to how we qualify and train people.
• Test the software that manages the system.

We'll need someone who

• has great written English
• has the ability to write step-by-step guides
• is detail-oriented.

Aside from all of that, there may be a need for you to make video summaries and other general VA work.

So you have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing handholding) and struggling to try to it without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).
