How TEAM System Works

SAE

Do you have a client or a project that you want to get stuff done beyond what you are capable of doing yourself and needed a team?

A lot of people that are coaches, authors, and entrepreneurs believe that if you just believe in yourself enough, or if you buy a course or use a piece of software, you can succeed but we know that that’s not enough anymore even with the greatest amount of prayer.

We know that you still have to be like Boeing and assemble a 7-4-7 and have a team that puts all these items together.

So this is a framework we have. It’s either called the TEAM System or the Success Tracker. It’s our six-phase process, which is the Social Amplification Engine, and here is how it works:

This particular client signed up for an initial strategy session and then purchased our plumbing package for $5,000. He buys the package and then of course we want to meet. But before we have a kickoff call, we wanna make sure it’s gonna be productive. How?

We wanna make sure we include:

1. Strategy Component

The goals, content, and targeting is intact otherwise we just get on a call and talk randomly, and we hope that it’s gonna be valuable.

It’s almost always a waste of time, especially the more people you have in the meeting is directly inversely proportionate to your success.

So if you have two people in the meeting, you have a 25% chance of winning. If you have a one over 100, there is a 1% chance of winning.

So you wanna reduce the risk you have by collecting goals, content, and targeting. So in this case here, we’re going to http://yourcontentfactory.com/gct to collect the strategy components, which are goals, content, and targeting.

And it’s an easy thing that you can run through any kind of form. You can run through Infusionsoft. There are many ways to set up these kinds of forms.

2. Site position

Check how powerful their site vs what the client #GCT is.

Do a quick audit just to see where they are positioning-wise and be able to match with the assets that we are given.

So combine the goals, content, and targeting with their actual assets, the actual Google Analytics, YouTube, and website conversions.

3. SEO Stats

So some of the directory things like listings aren’t really as powerful because they’re not as important as Google. Google’s the most important directory. You don’t need to be in 300 directories.

Not exactly sure how powerful you can be with SEO understanding? Here is SEO101 course that will get you up to speed.

4. Ads

Based on their objective, how are they doing? The running link clicks and video views?

And then we show moving forward:

  • Getting Stuff Done (#GSD)-what we’ve done, what we’re going to do, and what we need from the client.
  • Execution Updates- as you are executing the campaigns, put funnel stats and top ads in the different channels.

This is something that you would continue to add to and update every quarter or so.

  •  Metrics

We know that everything’s driven by Metrics Analysis and Action (#MAA). So what are the metrics?

  1. How much are we doing in sales against the goals that they told us?
  2. How do we wanna increase?
  3. How do we prove that we achieve their objective?
  4. What’s our analysis and what’s our action?

We believe everyone should have this system, whether you run an agency or whether you’re doing it for yourself as an entrepreneur.

And when you always operate in this framework, you’re never at a loss for what happens in a meeting. The client can never take you off. You’re never caught off guard. It’s smooth.
